That was incredible!!! You keep your body so rigid through the whole routine. I think my favorite is when you go from lying on your back and pop with your legs straight up into the air.

I wish I could be there to watch you in person. Wow! Way to go! Have you done any Level 7 routines yet? Are you working on some now?
